• Project Leadership: The Senior Architect leads major projects from inception to completion, including conceptualization, planning, and overseeing execution.
• Team Coordination: Organizing the architectural team’s work, providing support to junior colleagues, including mentoring and training junior architects.
• Client Communication: Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, negotiating, understanding their needs, and ensuring project solutions align with their requirements.
• Design Supervision: Reviewing and approving design solutions and technical drawings before submission to clients or contractors.
• Budget and Deadline Management: Ensuring adherence to project budgets and timelines, identifying potential issues, and resolving them.
• Collaboration with Contractors and Engineers: Working closely with structural engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the technical accuracy and safety of the project.
• Regulatory Compliance: Keeping up with legal and technical standards to ensure that projects comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and environmental standards.
• On-Site Work: Visiting construction sites and gathering field information, especially for projects under their supervision.
