MIH GmbH Business Building: Modern Workspaces Connected with Tradition

With the growth of the company MIH GmbH, there arose a need for a business complex that would meet the practical requirements of a growing company while providing a pleasant atmosphere for employees and visitors. Our design combines functionality with modern aesthetic elements to fulfill this vision.

The three-story building offers around 2,400 m² of office space, complemented by a spacious 3,000 m² warehouse. The offices are arranged in the outer rings of the building, while the central block includes service spaces such as open kitchens, glass meeting rooms, and restrooms. The main attraction of the building is the large atrium with a two-story high green wall, which creates an inspiring atmosphere at the entrance. This area includes large conference halls, while the coworking space on the first floor provides additional space for teamwork.

The design reflects a blend of modernity and tradition: the white Aluco-Bond facade with gray details is complemented by Trespa panels with a wood texture and natural stone – a carefully crafted homage to Montenegro. On the top floor, the rooftop terrace with olive trees and oleanders invites relaxation and harmoniously completes the concept.
