A key architectural feature is the combination of white facade surfaces and natural stone cladding, reflecting the Mediterranean architectural tradition of Montenegro. Spacious loggias and balconies with glass railings create a seamless connection between the interior and exterior, while the accessible rooftop terrace offers spectacular views of the sea and the Bar harbor.

Vertical circulation in the building is resolved with a prominent external staircase, elegantly integrated into the overall design and framed by natural stone walls. The clear architectural form and minimal material selection give the house a timeless aesthetic that harmoniously blends into the surrounding landscape.
