Modernization and Interior Design of Office Spaces in Bar, Montenegro

This project involves the complete renovation and interior design of office spaces for B2B and Studio Aspeqt in Bar.
The existing building was in poor condition and has been fully modernized to create a functional and aesthetically pleasing working environment.

The total area is 700 m² and includes:

• 17 offices with ergonomic workstations
• 2 conference rooms equipped with modern multimedia technology
• 3 kitchens and break rooms designed for a comfortable atmosphere during breaks

Design Concept, Material Selection, and Atmosphere
The interior follows a modern, elegant, and warm design. The use of natural materials, such as wood and stone, gives the space an organic aesthetic, while neutral colors in white, beige, and black tones create a calm and professional atmosphere.

Special attention has been given to the open and well-lit layout. Large glass surfaces and semi-transparent glass partitions ensure optimal lighting and encourage a dynamic and communicative workspace. Acoustic measures have also been implemented to improve sound comfort.

One of the key design elements is the green walls and plant arrangements, strategically placed to create a pleasant visual impression. Although artificial greenery, it contributes to the atmosphere and sense of comfort, introducing a natural and calming aesthetic.

The interior reflects the identity of the companies: innovative, functional, and aesthetically sophisticated—a working environment that fosters both productivity and creativity.
