Located directly next to the public beach in Dobra Voda, this apart-hotel is a fusion of modern elegance and Mediterranean luxury. The building is designed so that each apartment offers the best possible view of the sea, with spacious terraces that enhance outdoor living, emphasizing the connection between nature and living space.<\/p>\n

The five-story building encompasses a total of 1284 m\u00b2 of living space. The lower floors contain two apartments per level, while the top floor houses a spacious penthouse apartment. The ground-floor terrace, featuring an infinity pool, provides a tranquil oasis. Two underground levels with garages, accessible via a car lift, ensure comfort and privacy.<\/p>\n

The building’s exterior combines a pure white facade with carefully integrated natural stone elements, a thoughtful homage to Montenegro’s traditional architecture. The minimalist concrete form, with simple balconies and striking lines, reflects a modern interpretation of regional construction styles. This blend of tradition and innovation is further emphasized by large glass surfaces that allow natural light to flood each space, framing breathtaking views of the Adriatic.<\/p>\n
