\nThe existing building was in poor condition and has been fully modernized<\/b> to create a functional and aesthetically pleasing working environment.<\/b>\n

The total area is 700 m\u00b2 <\/b>and includes:<\/p>\n

  • 17 offices<\/b> with ergonomic workstations<\/li>\n
  • 2 conference rooms<\/b> equipped with modern multimedia technology<\/li>\n
  • 3 kitchens<\/b> and break rooms<\/b> designed for a comfortable atmosphere during breaks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nDesign Concept, Material Selection, and Atmosphere<\/b>
    \nThe interior follows a modern, elegant, and warm design.<\/b> The use of natural materials<\/b>, such as wood and stone<\/b>, gives the space an organic aesthetic<\/b>, while neutral colors in white<\/b>, beige<\/b>, and black tones<\/b> create a calm and professional atmosphere.\n

    Special attention has been given to the open and well-lit layout<\/b>. Large glass surfaces and semi-transparent glass partitions<\/b> ensure optimal lighting and encourage a dynamic and communicative workspace<\/b>. Acoustic measures<\/b> have also been implemented to improve sound comfort.<\/p>\n

    One of the key design elements is the green walls and plant arrangements, strategically placed to create a pleasant visual impression<\/b>. Although artificial greenery, it contributes to the atmosphere and sense of comfort, introducing a natural and calming aesthetic<\/b>.<\/p>\n
